Low Pressure passing well to the north today causes showers at times. The remainder of the morning and midday appear largely rain-free as clouds break to reveal some sunshine allowing highs to reach the lower 60s. However, along the south county region it’ll stay in the 50s with winds coming in
from the southwest off the ocean waters. Another batch of showers arrives in the late afternoon and early evening with the passage of a Cold Front. These showers can produce localized downpours with even isolated small hail.
Wednesday will be rain-free but windy under clouds and sunshine as High Pressure builds into New England. Winds could be gusting 30-35MPH at times with highs only in the low 50s. Milder temperatures return Thursday, Friday and more so on Saturday. Dry weather prevails on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday, like today, expect some early morning showers and another batch later in the day. Currently, Sunday and Monday are looking nice with relatively mild temperatures, a decent amount of sunshine, and dry conditions.
