March 11, 1946 – March 26, 2025When you step confidently through life, committed to being true to yourself and doing good, you leave an inspiring pathway for others. Richard Steven Sady Sr. will be remembered as a role model of strength, self-reliance, adventure, and duty.He was a master skier and
kayaker, an avid motorcyclist and cyclist, a singer and connoisseur of poetry and history. He loved helping individuals and he served on the boards of The Park City Community Church, The Park City Singers, and The Rockport Estates HOA.The last twenty months of his life, when he struggled to recover from a catastrophic stroke, was an exercise in stoicism, strength and hope. But he biked, skied, attended concerts and sang in his church choir. He helped the National Ability Center raise funds by sharing his story.On March 26, 2025, at the age of 79, he died peacefully, in his home, surrounded by family and friends.
