BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A multi-vehicle crash on Greenwell Springs Road leaves at least one dead and one injured. On Monday afternoon, Louisiana State Troopers were called to a crash near Greenwell Springs Road and Alphonse Forbes Road. Upon arrival, they learned the crash involved two commercial motor vehicles. Two people were injured in the crash, according to emergency medical services. One person was taken to a local hospital via AirMed. The coroner's office confirmed one fatality from the crash. The identity of the victim has not yet been released. No further information was immediately available.
