SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- The three restaurant supervisors accused of housing workers illegally will be released on a personal recognizance bond.
Three defendants appeared in federal court Monday after they were arrested last week for charges of conspiracy for harboring aliens, aiding and abett
ing, and forfeiture.

Hui Weng as the restaurant owner, Min Lin was a manager for “certain employees and transported alien employees to and from work” and Jin Ju Pan, who allegedly provided pay to employees and leased out property for alien employees to live, court documents said.
