NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- A 16-year-old was recently arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old man earlier in the year. Norfolk Police investigate deadly shooting on Goochland Street According to officials, on Jan. 5 around 3:10 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Goochland Street for reports of a gunshot victim. Officers arrived to the scene and found Isaiah T. Dukes, 20, suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Dukes was taken to the hospital where he later died from his injuries. On April 10, officers arrested and charged a 16-year-old male with second-degree murder, robbery and use of a firearm. He is currently being held in the Norfolk Detention Center.
