Lincoln Woman Arrested for Threatening Roommate with Gun

LINCOLN–(KFOR Apr. 14)–Lincoln Police on Saturday afternoon arrested a 46-year-old woman, who allegedly threatened her roommate before firing a shot from a handgun.
This happened at a home near 5
8th and Huntington.
Lt. Jason Goodwin tells KFOR News Lori Leafty is accused of firing the shot. She was contacted by officers in her vehicle, attempting to leave the scene. Leafty was cooperative and taken into custody without incident. No one was hurt and a gun was recovered from the home.
Leafty was arrested for terroristic threats and use of a weapon to commit a felony. ...read more read less
