Highs will likely struggle to get to the mid 60s today as pesky clouds continue into the early afternoon. We should move back under more sunshine by the late afternoon and evening, so temperatures may spike late in the day. We'll be right about average tomorrow before warming to 70s and another 80-d egree day Thursday. At the same time, scattered showers and storms are returning this week starting Wednesday afternoon. There may be an opportunity for severe storms late Thursday into Friday. A second storm system over the weekend may disrupt Easter plans with scattered rain.
