KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A pedestrian is dead after they were hit on Interstate 435 Monday morning. According to Kansas City police, around 4:10 a.m. a tractor-trailer with a tank trailer was traveling north on I-435 from 210 Highway when a pedestrian wearing dark-colored clothes crossed the highway.
