(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) responded to a bloody scene near Highway 24 after a caller reported they found a person who they weren't sure was alive. At around 6:55 a.m. on Monday, April 14, the CSPD Communications Center received a call from someone in the 1300 block of Inverness Drive, off Highway 24, about a "lot of blood" in an apartment building and a bloody person in a car, whom the caller wasn't sure was alive. Upon arrival, officers found that the person inside the car was alive but needed medical attention, and they were taken to the hospital.
