BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- A 20-year-old man has been arrested in the death of a Lompoc woman who was fatally shot on Wible Road, according to sheriff's officials. Tyree Buckley is being held without bail on suspicion of first-degree murder and attempted murder in the shooting that killed Jess ica Lorraine Arevalos, 26, and wounded another woman, officials said.
