WILBRAHAM, Mass. (WWLP) - In Wilbraham, Congressman Richard Neal will be calling attention to threats against Medicaid.

Congressman Neal will visit the Life Care Center of Wilbraham on Monday at 2:00 p.m. to highlight the peo
ple there that rely on Medicaid to pay for their medical care. Life Care Center is a nursing home and rehabilitation center that is focused on inpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care.
Republican lawmakers recently passed a budget resolution that would clear the way for $880 million in cuts to Medicaid. The program helps provide healthcare coverage for low-income individuals and families.
