The Portal, a sculpture connecting passersby with their European counterparts, will move from LOVE Park to the City Hall courtyard Monday morning. A procession will follow it along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway as it makes a stop at the Philadelphia Museum of Art before heading to its new home.
