LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – One person has died after falling off the Clays Ferry Bridge on Friday. According to the Fayette County Coroner, 23-year-old Nishit Patel reportedly fell over the side of the bridge around 5:45 p.m. KSP was called to the accident, and Patel was pronounced dead at the scene several hours later. He was reportedly underneath the bridge on the Fayette County side. The manner in which Patel died is still under investigation.
