INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Citizens Energy Group has closed the intersection of Stop 11 Road and Shelby Street on the city’s south side for sewer repairs, with the intersection expected to reopen by Friday. Repairs will be made to an underground sewer at the location, and Citizens Energy Group , along with partner contractor crews, will be managing the excavation and repair work throughout the week. The utility communicated about the closure’s impact to adjacent businesses and institutions, including to the Arthur R. Baxter YMCA branch and to Perry Township Schools, said spokesman Benjamin Easley in a news release issued Sunday.
