Dozens of fans were lined up outside the venue hours before the event, expecting an action-packed night with some of the best male and female wrestlers. The organization, AEW, recently celebrated its fifth anniversary.
Those visiting the MassMutual Center for events can now park at the convention center parking structure, which opened a few weeks ago. Fans say they bought tickets hoping to see something bigger and better in person than on TV.
"We went to one last year that was here, and I'm excited because we have front row seats again and it's just gonna be a fun night," said Susan Muncy of West Springfield. "I'm excited when they come to this area."
If you missed out on Saturday's fun, you can catch "Down Dirty Boxing" at the Mass Mutual Center on April 26. More information on upcoming events can be found on massmutualcenter.com.
