1 shot, killed on Rubywood Street; 2 arrested, Greensboro police say

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Two men have been arrested in connection to a Friday night homicide, according to the Greensboro Police Department.
At 10:25 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 1900 block of Rubywood Street and located Jayda Cromartie, 25, suffering from a gunshot wound. He
died at the scene.
Officers responding to the scene located the suspect vehicle in the area and arrested two men.
Ryan Jamal Isley, 28, was charged with one count of first-degree murder. He was taken to the Guilford County Jail and given no bond.

Kenny Bernard Isley, 55, was charged with one count of accessory after the fact to murder and another charge. He was also taken to the Guilford County Jail and given a $500,000 bond. ...read more read less
