A man was shot to death in a shootout Saturday in the West Loop.Just after 6 p.m., two men, 61 and 24, were arguing on a pedestrian bridge in the 400 block of South Peoria Street when they exchanged gunfire, police said. The older man was struck in the head and taken to Stroger Hospital, where he la ter died.The younger man was brought in for questioning, police said.
