KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Missouri State Highway Patrol has canceled a SILVER Advisory for a missing 64-year-old man in the Kansas City metro. MSHP says Ray Hubbard disappeared at about 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 12. Hubbard has dementia and other health issues, according to MSHP's release.
