A 24-year-old man was shot to death on a Bronx street early Sunday. The victim was shot twice in the chest on Quincy Ave. near Harding Ave., a quiet residential block in Throggs Neck, about 4:45 a.m., police said. Medics rushed the man to Jacobi Medical Center, where he died about an hour later, pol ice said. Police have not yet released the victim’s name and have made no arrests.
