A woman was found stabbed to death after an altercation with a man late Saturday in Lincoln Square.About 11:25 p.m., the woman, 29, was found inside a home in the 2700 block of West Balmoral Avenue with a stab wound to the torso, Chicago police said.She was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Evanston where she was pronounced dead, police said.An investigation indicates she was in a physical altercation with a 35-year-old man who pulled out a knife and stabbed her before fleeing the scene, police said.The man is in custody and charges are pending, according to police. ...read more read less
