PONCHATOULA, La. (WGNO) —The Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival closed early Saturday, April 12, after one person was shot. According to a social media post by the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office, one person was shot and the festival was closed for the rest of the day.
