UPDATE: Interstate 10 West near Chelsea has reopened after being shut for about six hours on Saturday, April 12, TxDOT said. EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- Two people were hurt in a crash Saturday afternoon, April 12, along Interstate 10 in Central El Paso, a Fire Department spokesperson said. A Fire Department spokesman said one person was transported via helicopter, while another person was transported Code 1 (minor) via ambulance. The crash happened at about 4 p.m. Saturday.
