OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - An Oklahoma County Sheriff's Lieutenant caught an escaped inmate in NE OKC Friday night. The Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office said that Jailen Oliver was found near NE 10th St. and Bryant, still wearing his orange prison pants. The department posted on Facebook that he h ad escaped at some point from the Clara Waters Community Corrections Center.
