MSHP issues SILVER Advisory for missing 64yearold from Liberty

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued a SILVER Advisory for a missing 64-year-old man in the Kansas City metro.
MSHP says Ray Hubbard was last seen on Current Street in Liberty at 2 p.m. today, April 12. Hubbard has dementia and other health issues, according to MSHP's
release.

Hubbard is a white man believed to be wearing a gray tee shirt and blue jeans. He stands about 5'9", weighs around 280 pounds and has blue eyes and gray hair. He also has a tattoo of a bumblebee on his right arm, per MSHP.
MSHP says that Hubbard left his home to go to the grocery store and is yet to return. He drives a blue Volkswagen Jetta with Missouri license plates XD4X1X. That vehicle was also last seen on Current Street.
