FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — According to the LaGrange County Sheriff's Department, a man died on Sunday afternoon at the LaGrange County Jail. The 37-year-old man was found unresponsive in his cell around 2:30 p.m.. Parkview EMS, LaGrange Volunteer Fire, LaGrange Police Department and Indiana DNR all responded to help at the scene where life-saving measures were taken, but were ultimately unsuccessful.
