SCSO: Man accused of fatally shooting brother after domestic dispute

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man is accused of fatally shooting his brother after a domestic dispute in Northaven, the Shelby County Sheriff's Office confirmed.
According to detectives, the suspect, 34-year-old Broderick Ross, shot his brother, 30-year-old Quincy Ross, around 12:15 a.m. outside a residenc
e on Archie Drive.
Detectives said Broderick Ross had placed the victim in a vehicle and fled the scene.
Broderick Ross was apprehended at approximately 3 a.m. in Edmondson, Arkansas, by Crittenden County Sheriff's Office deputies.
Man charged with shooting his girlfriend to death
Quincy Ross' body was discovered shortly thereafter, not far from where his brother was taken into custody.
Broderick Ross was arrested by SCSO and has been charged with second-degree murder, especially aggravated kidnapping, carjacking, employing a firearm in commission of a dangerous felony, carjacking and tampering with evidence.
He's also facing additional charges in Crittenden County.
He is currently being held in the Crittenden County Jail. ...read more read less
