INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Just in time for spring gatherings, Smoking Goose is debuting a fully cooked, limited-edition Bourbon Ball Ham that’s ready to reheat and serve, making your holiday prep easier than ever.
It’s crafted from cured, pasture-
raised, whole-muscle boneless pork, then layered with cocoa nibs, pecans, real Kentucky bourbon, and vanilla. After that, it’s roasted low and slow for rich, mouthwatering flavor. It is inspired by the Kentucky Bourbon Ball, a sweet treat first whipped up by a Kentucky candy maker in the 1930s.
Public Smokehouse offers themed charcuterie boards perfect for any size gathering to stacked sandwich platters and fresh seafood spreads, and it’s all available for pickup or local delivery when you order online.
Prefer to shop in person? Smoking Goose’s staff is on hand to help guests build their own charcuterie boards with expert pairing advice, and there are always seasonal, limited-time releases in the case to explore.
