EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) -- Authorities in Juarez have temporarily closed five day care facilities following allegations of child sexual abuse.At a news conference Friday, April 11, officials with the Chihuahua Attorney General’s Office said up to 71 children ages 1 to 4 may have been victimized. They also announced the arrest of a 21-year-old day care worker on child sexual abuse charges.
