The Austin Bruins hung on to win their final home game of the regular season when they beat the Minnesota Mallards (10-44-2-2 overall) 3-1 in Riverside Arena Friday night.
Jake Spraetz scored the game winning goal for Austin (41-12-3-2 overall) early in the third period.
The Bruins will close their
season out against the Mallards in Forest Lake Saturday at 7 p.m. and then they will begin preparations for the NAHL Central Division playoffs.
