GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) - Green Bay Police are seeking the owner of a dog that reportedly bit somebody on Thursday evening, resulting in one person sustaining minor injuries. The Green Bay Police Department reported that the medium-sized white and gray shorthaired dog has a red collar with tags. T he alleged incident occurred in the 300 block of Oak Street.
