CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A 67-year-old Charleston man was arrested Tuesday after investigators say he distributed child sexual abuse material. Homer Lionel Snipes was charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in the second degree. Each count is punishable by up to 10 years in pr ison. Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators and officers with the Charleston Police Department arrested Snipes, the South Carolina Attorney General's Office said. Investigators with the Goose Creek Police Department, Charleston County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Marshals Service, and Homeland Security Investigations assisted in the investigation.
