When it comes to allergy season, major factors that can spread pollen or make it worse are windy and dry conditions. Tree pollen is the first pollen to bloom when it comes to spring, followed by grass pollen. Rain can help keep pollen counts down, but as soon as the weather dries up, the trees will emit more pollen.
Some ways to protect yourself or mitigate your allergies are to keep your house and car windows closed, shower after being outside, and if you have serious allergies, sometimes wearing a mask or glasses can help.
