Javon Williams was hit and killed during the shooting. Investigators believe the shooting was part of a feud between rival groups who were retaliating against one another. Using cell phone data, security camera footage and social media posts, police believe the groups are responsible for at least five different shootings over the course of three weeks in June 2024.
