LAUREL, Md., (DC News Now) -- The Laurel Police Department (LPD) has opened a homicide investigation after a man was found shot to death behind a house on April 1. On Tuesday, around 4:18 a.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Marton St., where they found 31-year-old Ovidio Arnoldo Zecena -Mateo's body.
