DEDHAM, Mass. (WLNE) — Four Massachusetts residents are suing Judge Beverly Cannone over a buffer zone outside the courthouse in Dedham. Judge Cannone expanded the buffer zone during read’s first trial, and for the second trial, the buffer zone was expanded another 200 feet. According to WCV B, some residents are now claiming it violates their first amendment rights since the extension includes sidewalks outside the courthouse.
