BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 59-year-old man was killed in a crash on Brown Hill Road in Concord on Saturday, according to New York State Police. Crews responded to the scene where it was found that a 2017 Ford had crashed into a ditch and was on fire. The Boston Fire Department put out the fire . The only person in the car, identified as Concord resident Sean Quinn, was pronounced dead. The accident is still under investigation.
