WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - A juvenile has been injured after falling off a moving car Sunday afternoon. It happened around 12:50 p.m. in the parking lot of Ollie's Bargain Outlet, near the intersection of 47th Street and Broadway. Police on the scene tell KSN that all parties involved were juv eniles. One juvenile was driving the car while another juvenile was on top of the car. The juvenile on top of the car then fell off and sustained a serious head injury. "It's never a good idea to ride on top of a vehicle," said Sergeant Seth Creighton with the WPD. "It was a dangerous situation from the get-go."
