ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Officials with the City of Rochester announced Sunday that Park Avenue from Meigs Street to Alexander Street will be undergoing construction to its roadway, sidewalks, and curbs starting Monday. The construction will last through the end of June. Park Avenue will be one -way only (westbound) from Rowley Street to Alexander Street. Detour signs will be posted at the Park Avenue and South Goodman Street intersection. Motorists are encouraged to follow the posted detour signs and to use caution as they are directed by flaggers throughout the work zone.
