GALLUP, N.M. (KRQE) – A former Gallup firefighter who was arrested for downloading child pornography will be behind bars after taking a plea deal. Andres Garcia was arrested last year after police said he was found to have downloaded the content while at his workplace. Garcia took a plea deal in October, pleading no contest to possession of a visual medium of child sexual exploitation.
