NORFOLK, VA. (WAVY) -- People against President Donald Trump and Elon Musk rallied in Norfolk Saturday morning as part of a nationwide event. A COVA Coalition representative told 10 On Your Side they gathered to protest the administration’s actions on government downsizing, the economy, human r ights and other issues.More than 1,200 “Hands Off!” demonstrations were planned by more than 150 groups, including civil rights organizations, labor unions, LBGTQ+ advocates, veterans and elections activists.
