Suspect wanted in Kentwoodarea murder investigation

KENTWOOD, La. (WGNO) — The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office is seeking a man in connection to a homicide that occurred in the early morning hours of Saturday, April 5.
According to the TPSO, a shooting was reported at a h
ome in the 26000 block of Mount Hennan Cut Road just before 1 a.m. On scene, 42-year-old Antonia Famularo, who lived at the home, was found dead.

Detectives believe that the shooting happened following a drug-related dispute. 32-year-old Willie Elzy Wells Jr. was identified as a suspect in the case, and deputies are now seeking him out.
Metairie man found guilty of murder by ‘brutal’ beating
Wells is wanted on one count each of first-degree murder, armed robbery and felon in possession of a firearm.
