WAYNE COUNTY, Ind. — Four people were arrested on Thursday following a multi-agency investigation spanning Wayne, Randolph, Henry and Delaware counties, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office announced on Saturday.
In a press release, the WCSO said information was developed regarding four people pos
sibly located at a residence between the towns of Economy and Modoc in Randolph County.
All four residents had outstanding warrants out of Wayne, Randolph, Henry and Delaware counties, the WCSO said. Wayne County detectives then used surveillence to confirm that these suspects were inside the residence.
Officers from the WCSO were assisted by the Randolph County Sheriff's Office. Upon arrival, police said that a resident, later identified as Elizabeth Fox, came outside. She then confirmed that three other individuals — William Binion, Corey Binion and Dallas Crawford — were inside the residence.
William Binion surrended and was arrested without incident, the WCSO said.
Following his arrest, the RCSO executed a search warrant on the residence. There, Corey Binion and Dallas Crawford were located and taken into custody without further incident. Police said they found "controlled substances and a substantial quantity of suspected methamphetamine inside the residence."

Dealing in a narcotic drug (Level 2 Felony)
Dealing in a Schedule II controlled substance (Level 2 Felony)
Unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 Felony)
Dealing in a Schedule IV controlled substance (Level 4 Felony)
Dealing in a Schedule III controlled substance (Level 5 Felony)
Assisting a criminal (Level 6 Felony)

Possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)
Obstruction of justice (Level 6 Felony)
