GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCBD) – A spring movie night series in Goose Creek will kick off Saturday with a showing of the hit musical ‘Wicked.' The movie, released in 2024, stars Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Jeff Goldblum, and Michelle Yeoh. Family and friends are invited to bring their blankets and chairs to the Joseph S. Daning Amphitheater (519A N Goose Creek Blvd.) at 7 p.m., and the movie is slated to start at 7:30 p.m. Goose Creek Recreational leaders say there will be themed drinks and snacks during Saturday’s moving night, and food trucks will be on site, including Sticky Fingers Ribhouse, Big Ram’s Boiled Peanuts, and Hidden Gem Mobile Bar.
