ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – It's time for our Primetime 585 Shining Star Spotlight where we introduce you to some student athletes who are brightening up our community. Today we are highlighting Shaye Angelo. Shaye is a junior at Honeoye Falls Lima High School. She's been playing varsity basketba ll and lacrosse since grade 8. Just this week she had eight goals and four assists in the team's win over Pal-Mac. Shaye has more than 1,000 career points in basketball. She also has more than 200 career points in lacrosse and plays for the Monster Elite Lacrosse Club outside school. She is already committed to Duke University to play division one lacrosse, and she does all of this while maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
