MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- A man has been charged with arson after a Friday apartment fire in Montgomery County, according to the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service. Firefighters responded to reports of a fire on the third floor of an apartment building at 1:30 p.m. in the 183 00 block of Feather Tree Way.
