HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- After years of work to improve it, Henrico County's Wilkinson Road bridge will reopen on Tuesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Wilkinson Road project began in September 2023, with the county closing the road to expedite construction of three new bridge culverts. According to officials, these new culverts will keep the Wilkinson Road bridge from flooding during storms.
