KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Raytown Police Department says they're investigating a shooting Friday afternoon. RPD says that around 4:30 p.m., officers were sent to the area of E. 83rd Street and Elm Avenue on reports of a man claiming he'd been shot. When they arrived, they found a man with gunshot w ounds.
