INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — If you’re already planning to go somewhere warm this winter, Delta is adding a new seasonal flight out of Indianapolis that fits the bill. Starting Dec. 20, the airline will offer Saturday-only nonstop service from Indianapolis International Airport to Cancun. The fl ight will run through April 12 and will be operated on a Boeing 737-800, which includes First Class, Delta Comfort+, and Main Cabin seating. This adds another international option for Indy travelers, especially around the holidays and spring break season. The Cancun flight is part of a broader expansion from Delta; the airline is rolling out what it’s calling its largest winter schedule yet to Latin America and the Caribbean. That includes new service to St. Vincent and Grenada out of Atlanta, as well as more flights to destinations like Nassau, San Juan and Cabo from several major U.S. cities. Delta will also launch similar Saturday-only service to Cancun from Nashville and Kansas City.
