PLAIN CITY, Ohio (WCMH) -- Jerome Village will soon be home to another single-family neighborhood constructed by central Ohio's largest homebuilder. Named "Applewood," the new neighborhood will include 137 single-family homes built by M/I Homes off Jerome Road and Hill Road. While the Jerome Vill age community is located in Plain City, Applewood will sit within the Dublin City School District and assign residents to Dublin Jerome High School, Eversole Run Middle School and Abraham Depp Elementary School. Applewood homebuyers will choose from floorplans within M/I's "Signature Collection," with pricing starting in the mid $500,000s for three-to-six bedroom homes ranging from 2,514 square feet to 3,745 square feet. Residents will enjoy access to Jerome Village's members-only community center, which includes a pool, fitness center, restaurant and bar. M/I said the Applewood model home will be unveiled in June, showcasing one of the collection's floorplans.
