ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – A vehicle was stolen in Rochester following a gunpoint robbery near Ravine Avenue and Maryland Street Thursday night.
According to police, officers responded to the area around 10:09 p.m. for the report of an armed robbery.
Police said a 44-year-old man was stopped
in his vehicle when another person pointed a handgun at him and ordered him to get out. The driver did exit his vehicle and ran home. At this point the suspect took the vehicle and left.
Police said the driver was not injured, and they currently have made no arrests related to this incident. This is an ongoing investigation. ...read more read less
